Harry & Fritz is a new, independently owned restaurant opening in downtown Pittsburgh in 2026. Our bar program complements a menu rooted in classic American dining heritage, interpreted through a contemporary lens with a strong emphasis on quality ingredients, thoughtful technique, and hospitality. We are seeking skilled and service-driven Bartenders to join our opening front-of-house team.

About the Role

Bartenders at Harry & Fritz are ambassadors of the guest experience—balancing technical skill, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in their craft, work well in a team environment, and enjoy engaging with guests at the bar and throughout the dining room.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or craft bar preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor
• A hospitality-first mindset and strong communication skills
• Attention to cleanliness, organization, and consistency
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
• Engage with guests in a warm, knowledgeable, and professional manner
• Follow recipes, specs, and service standards
• Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams
