Harry & Fritz is a new, independently owned restaurant opening in downtown Pittsburgh in 2026. Our kitchen is built on teamwork, respect, and consistency, supporting a menu rooted in classic American cooking with a contemporary, seasonal approach. We are seeking dependable and hardworking Dishwashers to join our opening back-of-house team.

About the Role

Dishwashers are a vital part of the kitchen operation, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and steady service flow. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and want to be part of a professional, team-oriented kitchen.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and safety

• Willingness to support the kitchen team as needed

• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment

• Maintain cleanliness of dish station, kitchen floors, and trash areas

• Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

• Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
