Harry & Fritz is a new, independently owned restaurant opening in downtown Pittsburgh in 2026. Our dining room experience is rooted in classic American hospitality, presented through a contemporary lens with a strong emphasis on warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. We are seeking service-driven Servers to join our opening front-of-house team.

About the Role

Servers at Harry & Fritz are central to the guest experience. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in hospitality, enjoy engaging with guests, and understand how great service complements great food and drink.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine interest in hospitality and guest satisfaction

• Ability to remain composed and organized in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and follow-through

• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and professional table service

• Guide guests through the menu and beverage offerings

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations

• Collaborate with bartenders, runners, and kitchen staff

• Resolve guest needs with care and professionalism
